  Their storage facility was broken into and several units locks and hinges for locks were cut. They called in the morning to inform their customers that their units were broken into. I went in 6 hours later, and no units were fixed; they didn't even offer to replace any locks. This business doesn't care, nor put its customers first. The lady behind the counter, was completely useless, and when asked about the units lock hinges being fixed, she replied maybe today or tomorrow. I would think in 6 hours they would have at least some units fix, or even have someone out there fixing them. A poor and incompetent business. DO NOT use their storage facility.
